Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The 14-day trial needs only an email address, so nothing can be charged when it ends.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your account and records are kept. To carry on logging, choose a plan.

How do I cancel?

My Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription, then Cancel. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for and aren't charged again.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, in My Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription. It opens Stripe's secure page, where you can also change your card and download invoices.

Who handles payments?

Stripe, a leading payments company. 3Lite never sees or stores your card details.
