Blood work
Your blood tests, in one place
Blood work sits inside Enhancements. Add a lab report and 3Lite reads the results for you to check, keeps every test together, and shows how each marker has moved, always against your own lab's ranges.
Replaces the PDFs and screenshots you keep now. Part of one app, for one subscription.
- Upload a PDF or photo, paste or type
- Your lab's own reference ranges

How it works
Blood work, step by step
- 01
Agree once
Blood results are health information, so 3Lite asks for your agreement before your first report.
- 02
Add a report
Upload a PDF or a photo of it, paste the text, or type results in. Up to 5 uploaded reports a month.
- 03
Check what was read
3Lite reads out each result, unit and range for you to check and correct before anything is saved.
- 04
Track and compare
See what's outside the lab's range, what's changed since your last test, and each marker's trend over time.

Key features
What you get, and why it helps
- Your lab's ranges, not ours
- Within, above and below use only the range printed on your own report. No range, and 3Lite says so rather than inventing one.
- Changes worked out exactly
- Changes between tests are calculated after converting units where that's reliable, with a note when labs or units differ.
- What each marker measures
- Plain-English explainers written from NHS, Lab Tests Online UK and Society for Endocrinology pages, linked on each marker.
- Yours to keep or delete
- Download your results with the rest of your data, or delete a test, a report or everything at any time.

Good to know
- Blood work keeps a record and explains what each marker measures. It doesn't diagnose anything, and a result inside the range doesn't guarantee good health.
- 3Lite never links a supplement or enhancement to a result, and never suggests doses or changes. Talk to your GP or prescriber about your results.
- Uploaded reports are read by Anthropic, our AI provider, only to pull out the results for you to check. It doesn't use them to train its models.
Where is Blood work in 3Lite?
Inside Enhancements, which you switch on in My Profile. Blood work then asks for your agreement before your first report.
Will 3Lite tell me what my results mean for me?
No. It shows whether a result is inside your lab's own range and how it has changed, and explains what each marker measures. Your GP or prescriber can tell you what it means for you.
Which reports can I add?
Any lab report: upload a PDF or photo, paste the text, or type the results. You check everything 3Lite reads before it's saved.
