Remember what you take, and when

How it works
Supplements, step by step
- 01
Add what you take
Search by name, brand or shorthand. Each entry shows a neutral summary, safety notes and numbered sources.
- 02
Set your schedule
Every day, chosen days, every few days, weekly, specific dates or as needed, several times a day if you like.
- 03
Log in one tap
Tap Log when you take it. Postpone to later, skip, or log a different amount. Nothing is ever added to make up for a missed one.
- 04
Never run out
Stock updates itself when the maths is exact and alerts you when it's low.
Key features
What you get, and why it helps
- A researched library
- Each record has sources with retrieval dates and its UK, US, EU and sport status where a source confirms it.
- Label strength and container size
- Record exactly what's on the label, so stock and history stay accurate.
- Safe unit conversions
- mcg, mg and g convert exactly; IU never converts to a mass. 3Lite won't guess.
- Duplicate protection
- A scheduled time can only be logged once, and a repeat within 10 minutes asks first.
- History and journal
- Search everything you've logged and note how you felt, with a reminder that timing can't show cause.

Good to know
- Supplements are for keeping your own records. 3Lite never recommends amounts, timings or products. Speak to a pharmacist or GP about anything you take.
Will 3Lite tell me which supplements to take?
No. It records what you've chosen to take, when, and how much you have left. It never recommends products or amounts.
Is creatine in the library?
Yes, along with vitamins, minerals, protein and many other everyday supplements. If something's missing, add your own private entry.
