Version 2026-10
Terms of Service
The agreement between you and 3Lite: what you get, what you pay, and how to stop.
1. About these terms
3Lite is run by Shane Gilmartin, trading as Refign, 42 Middle Peak Way, Sheffield, S13 9DL. In these terms, “we” and “us” means 3Lite, and “you” means the member.
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy notice. 3Lite is for personal use by adults aged 18 and over living in the UK.
2. Your account
- Give accurate details. Your targets are only as good as the information they're built from.
- Keep your password to yourself. An account is for one person.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Your health and safety
3Lite is not medical advice. It gives estimates and general guidance on training, food, sleep and recovery. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. Check with your GP before starting a new training or eating plan, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant or have recently given birth, or have a history of eating disorders.
- Stop and get help if exercise causes chest pain, dizziness, sharp pain or anything that worries you.
- Injury guidance is general and conservative. See a GP, physiotherapist or A&E for anything severe or not improving.
- Cycle tracking is for planning training around how you feel. It isn't contraception or a medical record.
- Steroids, SARMs and peptides. 3Lite does not encourage, condone or recommend using anabolic steroids, SARMs, peptides or any other unlicensed, prescription-only or controlled substance. Many are illegal to supply, and some to possess, in the UK and elsewhere. 3Lite makes no statement or guarantee about whether anything is legal where you live; checking that is your responsibility.
- Supplements and enhancements are for keeping your own records only. 3Lite never recommends doses, cycles or protocols, and doesn't endorse using any substance. What you take, and whether it's legal and safe for you, is your decision and responsibility.
4. Free trial
New accounts get 14 days of full access free, starting when you create your account. We don't take a card for the trial, so nothing is charged and nothing renews when it ends. We'll remind you 3 days and 1 day before. When it ends, you'll need a plan to keep using 3Lite; your records stay safe in the meantime. One free trial per person.
5. Plans and payment
- Monthly: £15 a month, taken on the day you subscribe and then on the same date each month.
- Yearly: £119.99 a year, taken on the day you subscribe and then each year. We'll remind you at least 14 days before each yearly renewal, with the date and the price.
Prices are in pounds and include VAT where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe, our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details. Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
Price changes. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before a price change affects you. It applies from your next renewal after the notice, and you can cancel before then.
Failed payments. If a payment fails, Stripe will try again over the following days and we'll let you know. If it still can't be taken, your access pauses until it's sorted. Your records are kept.
6. Cancelling
You can cancel any time in My Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund part-used months or years, except where the law says we must or we choose to.
Your 14-day right to cancel. UK law normally gives you 14 days to change your mind about a digital service bought online. When you subscribe, you ask for full access to start straight away and confirm that you understand you lose that right once access starts. That's why you get a 14-day free trial first: you can try everything before you pay.
None of this affects your legal rights. If 3Lite doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll put it right, or give you a refund where that's fair.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from My Profile. Deleting it cancels any subscription immediately (no refund for the rest of the current period) and permanently removes your records. You can download a copy of your data first.
8. Community rules
The community only works if it's a good place to be. When you post or message:
- Be supportive. No bullying, harassment, hate, threats or body-shaming.
- No sexual content, spam, selling or advertising.
- Don't give or ask for doses, cycles or sources for any drug or compound.
- Don't share other people's personal details or photos without their permission.
You can report or block anyone. We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close accounts for serious or repeated breaches. We'll tell you why unless the law or someone's safety stops us.
9. Your content
What you log, upload and post stays yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it back to you, and to show your community posts to the people you share them with, only so we can run 3Lite. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
10. Using 3Lite fairly
- Don't try to get into other members' accounts or data, or get around the paywall or security.
- Don't copy, scrape or resell 3Lite, its programmes or its content, or use bots to access it.
- Don't use 3Lite for anything illegal.
The 3Lite name, logo, design, programmes and written content belong to us.
11. Changes and availability
We keep improving 3Lite, so features will change. We work to keep it running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. If we make a change that takes away a main part of what you pay for, you can cancel and we'll refund the unused part of your plan.
If we ever close 3Lite, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice, refund the unused part of any monthly or yearly plan, and give you time to download your data.
12. Our responsibility to you
We're responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or not using reasonable care and skill. 3Lite is for personal use, so we're not responsible for business losses. We're not responsible for injury or harm that comes from how you choose to train, eat or use any substance, except where it's caused by our own negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
13. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app at least 30 days before. If you don't agree, you can cancel before the change applies.
14. Complaints and the law
If something's wrong, contact us at info@3lite.app and we'll try to sort it quickly. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
